One way audio on VoIP systems is usually caused by firewall or NAT translation. One of the simplest way to correct the problem is check your firewall settings to make sure that the audio ports needed for FULL audio are open. If that fails try turning on STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT) to correct the problem. You can always send us a message for help.

New customers, if you get disconnected after about 30 seconds, go to your router settings and make sure that SIP ALG (Application Layer Gateway) is turned off.

VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol.

It allows you to make calls using nothing but an internet connection and a soft or hard phone.

VoIP information is stored in the phone. If you take your hard phone home, it looks like you are at the office when making calls from your home, hotel, wherever you have an internet connection.
